In our initial consultation, we meet or talk on the phone to exchange information and to define the constraints for your specific property investment. We will need to know your budget, your pre-approved finance and your existing equity as well as your preferences, if any, for location and property type.

Short Reports on 5 Properties - $395

This fee covers research and compilation of data on 5 properties that meet your requirements. The reports will contain:

Purchase price (market appraisal by agent/owner)
Gross rental of property
ROI: Gross rental return (as a % of price)
Number of tenants or potential tenants
Location – suburb appraisal and population statistics

Detailed Report on 1 Property - $495

When you have chosen your preferred property, we can do a detailed report on it. This detailed report will contain:

Price estimate
Sales history/capital growth
Comparable sales in area
Questions for the agent/vendor
More detailed information on location and demographics
List and contact details of professionals in the area (building and pest inspectors, surveyors and council contacts)

The detailed report will allow you to negotiate and put in a well-informed offer for the property.
