Properties that we research and report on for our clients must have the following attributes:

Greater than 6% gross return
Multiple tenancies only
Outside metropolitan areas in regional NSW, Victoria or Queensland

The range of property types we deal with include:

Timing

These types of properties do not tend to stay on the market very long. We deliver short reports within 48 hours of your request and a detailed report within 48 hours after you have selected your preferred property. You will need to be prepared to make decisions within a short space of time in order to benefit from the best investment opportunities.
